About me
I am a visual artist and art producer. I live and develop my projects in Buenos Aires, Argentina .
I currently work with analog photography and writing . I'm interested in the everyday as sensitive material: recording, testing, experimenting.
In the editorial publication I found a way to build, to narrate projects where image, word and materiality meet .
Materializing the sensitive is my personal project.
A space where I facilitate workshops on writing, photography, self-publishing, production, and support for creative processes.
Through photography , I'm interested in conveying emotions and sensations , in creating atmospheres. Writing appears as another layer within my work, sometimes to enhance the image, accompany it, add tension to it, or take it in another direction.
As a cultural manager and communicator, supporting others' processes is a central part of what I do. I develop and participate in spaces and networks where the collective is not just an idea, but a concrete way of working.
Materializing the sensitive is the space where all of that takes shape: where I accompany, produce and think together with others, and where the work also finds its material form and its circulation.
My background is in film, and I worked in the audiovisual field for many years. That continues to be part of how I think about images. Over time, my practice has shifted from that more constructed language toward something more spontaneous, something I don't fully understand as it unfolds.
Analog photography is my preferred method. I trust my eye and let myself be guided by it. I'm driven by intuition and impulse. I'm quite compulsive when it comes to taking photos. I prioritize the moment and the image over technique.
I try to capture something of what I see and how it affects me in that moment. Many surprises emerge during the developing and editing process. Sometimes the images end up telling me things about myself that I didn't know.
I take photos because I can't help it.
The work is completed when it is shared.
It transforms, it performs alchemy.
It is in that encounter that a connection with another person is generated.
